We are committed to developing critical thinkers who will learn how to navigate and overcome societal pressures as well as maintain an achievement mindset to drive success. We strive to inspire and advance female empowerment, social justice, and global citizenship, while emphasizing the importance of mentorship and basic life skills, so that relationships with friends, parents and community members are fostered.

 To create inclusive spaces where young women can develop confidence and a strong voice. Leading Young Women aims to create an environment in which females cultivate healthy academic and social relationships, gain confidence, recognize their worth, advocate for themselves, and recognize that their leadership and civic duty influence their lives and the lives of many others.

Dr. Tamika Quick, a dynamic and visionary Woman of Color, who inspires and empowers future generations of young women to authentically
live and lead with purpose.
